Well, I don't know if I want tea or coffee
But it's hard to say, or refreshing dream

And they feel like I'm going insane
In sync or some sort of different way

I wait for it, that feeling to calm me
It never comes through and I quickly grab my blanket
And I'm like, wrap it around
The thunder comes down and I feel around
I feel my mind racing back and forth
My heart beats faster than it was before
I'm feeling like I'm freaking out inside
No one knows if I'm really alive

I feel that anxiety rising
Feeling hot with the monkey mind
Thoughts they drip, I am, I am
I am with unity

Where is the information circuitry?
Firing around in my brain you see
In the back, to the front, to the top, to the side
I need to calm down inside

I don't know where my mind's at
I don't know where my kind's at
I don't know where they bite back
